The Shed Creative

I led the digital design, content, and film & video teams for The Shed Creative. Throughout my time at The Shed, I built these teams from the ground up, who were responsible for some of The Shed's most significant digital experience solutions in the hospitality industry. In addition, I established new standards and culture that drove innovation and built trust with our clients, allowing us to make innovative digital web-based experiences for their brands.

2013 — 2018

Acronym

In charge of all innovative products produced by the agency and reported directly to the CMO. I ensured the agency created high-quality digital experiences and marketing content for our clients. I was in charge of the Acronyms software products' design and UX. In addition, I led strategic digital experience design and content marketing for Fortune 500 brands across web, mobile, data visualization, and social media platforms. I also identified new areas of expertise for Acronym's digital experience, creative, and marketing teams, defining experience opportunities on both the agency and client sides.

2011 — 2013
UX Design Director
INCENTIENT

First-to-market with interactive guest-facing technology in hospitality venues. We were recognized by Fast Company as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies. As UX and Design Director, I championed new mobile-first user experiences for global hospitality brands. I was driven by raw insights and user research to create immersive, enjoyable, feasible, and commercially viable products.
